Our client, a respected Main Car Dealership, is seeking a dedicated Senior Technician / Mechanic to join their skilled and dynamic team. On behalf of our Car Dealership Client, we are seeking Senior Technicians who meet the following minimum requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 2, or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Senior Technicia
  • Main Car Dealership experience is highly desirable, but candidates with strong experience in high-performing Independent Garages will also be considered.
  • Diagnostic and complex repair capabilities are a must.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a high level of technical competence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A team-player mindset, working closely with the Workshop Controller, Parts Department, and other Technicians.
  • Confidence in mentoring junior team members when needed.
  • MOT Testing Qualification (preferred but not essential).
  • A full, valid UK driving licence.
