Smart Repair Manager required in Derby
  • Basic up to £42,000 DOE
  • OTE £45k+
  • Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:30
  • Friday 08:00–17:00 | No weekends
We’re looking for an experienced Smart Repair Manager to lead a growing team of Smart Repair and Alloy Wheel Technicians. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment, ensuring vehicles are prepared to the highest standards while keeping your team motivated and efficient.

  • Salary up to £42,000 DOE, with OTE £45k+
  • Monday to Friday working, no weekends

What you’ll be doing as a SMART Repair Manager:

  • Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across all processes
  • Supporting training and skills development within your team
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth vehicle preparation
What we’re looking for in a SMART Repair Manager:
  • Proven leadership in an automotive repair environment
  • Experience in SMART repair, paintwork, or alloy refurbishment
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Results-driven with attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
