- Monday – Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays.
- Starting basic salary (up to £40k depending on experience and location. Up to £60k OTE)

- Perform high-quality SMART repairs on vehicles at customer locations, including fixing scuffs, scratches, dents, and paint damage.
- Use specialised repair techniques and equipment to ensure a professional finish.
- Travel within Southampton and surrounding areas to attend scheduled repair jobs.
- Assess damage and discuss repair options with customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage your schedule efficiently to complete repairs within designated timeframes.
- Maintain equipment and work areas to health and safety standards.
- Keep accurate records of repairs carried out and any parts used.
- Adhere to industry quality standards and safety regulations at all times.
- Proven experience as a Smart Repairer, Paint Sprayer, or similar role
- Prior knowledge and understanding of paint repair techniques and bodyshop repair methods
- Good knowledge of filler repairs
- Experience with water-based paint and 2K clearcoats
- Hands-on expertise with SMART repair techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Good communication skills to interact with customers professionally
- Full UK driving licence and happy to travel and work mobile (no fixed office)
- Knowledge of additional vehicle repair methods or spray painting techniques
- Relevant certifications in automotive repairs or paint spraying
- Practical experience in automotive repairs, ideally within a similar role for 2+ years
- Industry-recognised training or certifications in SMART repairs or paint spraying
