Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking for a new opportunity? Our client is expanding our Trade Sales Department and seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to deliver exceptional service to our local garages and trade customers across Cannock and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities as a Parts Advisor:
  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with their parts queries.
  • Identify correct parts based on customer descriptions, REG/VIN numbers, and requirements.
  • Provide accurate pricing and availability details.
  • Process and order parts from various manufacturers.
  • Track orders, manage delays, and source alternatives to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding parts orders or stock issues professionally.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
  • Prospect new business opportunities locally.
  • Complete all administrative tasks promptly, including customer records, payments, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers and assist with route planning to optimize delivery schedules.
What We're Looking For in a Parts Advisor:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role.
  • Confident using Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPCs).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Kerridge, Keyloop, CDK, or Autoline is advantageous.
