  • Basic Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus up to £5,000
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (No weekends!)
  • Location: Well-established, family-run Service Centre with a Stellar Reputation in Sutton, Surrey
About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and skilled LCV / Van Technician to join a reputable, family-oriented service centre dedicated to delivering top-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate is an experienced mechanic with a passion for automotive excellence and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive maintenance and repairs on light commercial vehicles, including suspension checks, engine servicing, cambelt replacements, brakes, and general diagnostics.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle systems using the latest technology and equipment.
  • Conduct safety checks and ensure vehicles meet manufacturer standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by accurately explaining repairs and findings.
  • Maintain high standards of quality workmanship, safety, and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as an LCV / Van Technician or mechanic.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • A positive attitude and keen attention to detail.
