Key Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician with our client:
  • Conduct vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest standards
  • Perform MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations (if qualified)
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure accurate updates on repairs
  • Maintain high workshop standards and strictly follow health & safety procedures
  • Ensure efficient completion of all tasks, exceeding customer expectations
What Our Client Is Looking For:
  • Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent)
  • MOT Testing Licence is desirable but not essential – extensive training available for the right Vehicle Technician
  • Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail
Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or MOT Tester
  • Relevant qualifications such as Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • A flexible approach and eagerness to develop your skill set
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work hours from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rota system for Saturday mornings
  • A positive, team-focused approach
  • Valid UK driving licence
This Vehicle Technician role offers a competitive basic salary of £38,000 - £45,000, with annual performance-based pay reviews. The total earning potential (OTE) can reach up to £45,000.
