  • Salary: Up to £35,000 basic | OTE £45,000
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (paid at 1.5x)

A busy Main Dealer workshop in Kidderminster is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their skilled team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and qualified technician to work on a range of vehicles in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles to the highest standards.
  • Work efficiently independently and as part of a team.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers as required.
  • Meet workshop targets and deadlines consistently.
Requirements for the Vehicle Technician Role:
  • Level 3 Certificate in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working in the automotive industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • No previous criminal convictions.
  • MOT licence beneficial but not essential.
