In this position, you will develop lasting relationships with customers, recommend suitable vehicles, and drive sales across both new and used stock. Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in car sales or a similar retail sales position
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Knowledge of automotive industry practices and local market is advantageous
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with commercial vehicle sales
  • Manufacturer or FCA training certification
  • Familiarity with automotive sales systems and processes
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Prior experience in automotive or retail sales is ideal
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Other Requirements:
  • Full, current UK Driving Licence is essential
  • Commitment to working a five-day week, including one in three Sundays on rota
  • Willingness to undertake manufacturer and FCA training programs
  • Strong desire for career development within a growing dealership group
