Bodyshop Site Manager Needed in Oldham
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (42 hours per week)
  • Salary: £55,000 per annum
We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading automotive repair specialists, now looking for an experienced Bodyshop Site Manager to lead their Oldham site. Key Responsibilities for a Bodyshop Site Manager:
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team including Technicians, Customer Service Advisors, Vehicle Damage Assessors, Parts Advisors, and Drivers.
  • Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repair standards.
  • Manage site performance to achieve targets and budgets while maintaining exceptional quality and productivity.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and increased profitability.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, BSI PAS 10125 standards, and manufacturer requirements.
  • Oversee recruitment, HR processes, and staff development in partnership with the People Team.
  • Maintain effective communication by providing timely updates to customers and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For in a Bodyshop Site Manager:
  • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a senior automotive leadership position.
  • Strong operational and commercial management skills.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding site performance targets.
  • A proactive approach to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Full UK driving licence.
