- Working hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota
- Meet and exceed vehicle parts and accessories sales targets through consultative selling and telesales efforts
- Engage with customers via telephone to promote parts, accessories, and related services
- Educate customers on the range of parts suitable for their needs, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to support business growth
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities through proactive telesales activities
- Manage customer accounts effectively to ensure retention and maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records for orders and stock
- Maximise customer satisfaction by providing a high standard of service in line with company standards
- Assist colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
- Recent or current experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry
- Experience in telesales or proactive customer communication is highly desirable
- Ideally worked within motor factors, franchise approved dealerships, or similar environments
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Good knowledge of electronic parts catalogue systems
- Proven experience in customer management and development
- UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential
- Organised and detail-oriented with good IT skills
