The Warranty Claims Assessor will play a vital role in assessing warranty repairs for motorists across the UK, ensuring high standards of service and technical accuracy.

- Joint During An Exciting Period Of Expansion!!
- Assess warranty repair requests using in house software.
- Discuss repairs with workshops and customers via telephone, email, and our systems.
- Taking inbound and outbound calls.
- Ensure correct diagnosis costs and causes for failures of mechanical and electrical components.
- Check parts and labour costs are accurate and source reconditioned/ refurbished parts where appropriate.
- Processing customer contributions towards repairs.
- Excellent understanding of warranty cover levels.
- Automotive/ mechanical experience is necessary, eg service / parts advisor, engineer, technician, or service technician.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Abiding to GDPR.
- Any other duties your manager reasonably asks you to perform.
- Automotive or mechanical background with experience as a service advisor, technician, or engineer
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication ability
- Knowledge of warranty procedures and claims processing
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and industry software
- Ability to manage repairs efficiently and accurately
- Organised with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
