Entry Requirements and Benefits
To succeed in a Mobile Vehicle Technician or Roadside Mechanic role, you’ll need the right qualifications, hands-on experience, and confidence working independently in a customer-facing environment. These are roles where you’re trusted to manage your own workload and represent the business on the road.
What you’ll need:
- Level 2 qualification with at least 2 years’ experience for Roadside Mechanic roles
- Level 3 qualification with at least 2 years’ experience for Mobile Vehicle Technician roles
- A full UK driving licence
- Confidence working independently and dealing directly with customers
