Dan joined Perfect Placement in 2006 and has been part of the company's journey ever since. Having progressed through the business from the ground up, he has gained first-hand experience across every aspect of automotive recruitment, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by employers and the career aspirations of automotive professionals alike.

Today, as Director, Dan plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction of Perfect Placement while remaining closely connected to its day-to-day operations. Having spent over 20 years with the business, Dan is one of the longest-serving members of the leadership team, providing a unique perspective on both the company's history and its future.
