In keeping with the last 18 or so months, this year’s Car Dealer Power Awards   were held virtually (I don’t know about you, but personally I cannot wait for video calls to be over and done with!), but as with last year, this did at least mean we were able to get the whole team  of Perfect Placement together to see how we fared in this year’s Car Dealer Power Awards.

Having made it onto the shortlist for the Automotive Recruitment Agency of the Year, we were overjoyed that we could be in with a chance of winning this highly coveted award for the 9th year in a row. Unlike so many awards, that are decided by a panel of judges, this one is voted for by the people that truly know our business – our Clients in the Motor Trade that use our service on a daily basis.

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Perfect Placement have been crowned Automotive Recruitment Agency of the Year 2021! A title we have held since 2013 and have been awarded for 9 consecutive years. We couldn’t even begin to explain how chuffed we are.

Recruitment for the last 18 months hasn’t been without it’s challenges, that’s for sure. However, we are so proud that we have been able to assist so many businesses and job seekers with their staffing requirements or search for a new role over the past year. Without our amazing team, this wouldn’t have been possible.

We are so honoured and humbled that we have yet again been named as Automotive Recruitment Agency of the Year by the industry we serve. There is no higher recognition in our eyes and we are immeasurably proud that we have won.

As Industry Leaders in the world of Motor Trade Recruitment, we are always looking to innovate and stay ahead of the curve to ensure we are able to continue offering only the Top Service that our Clients and Candidates come to expect when using our services. We have been so phenomenally busy that we have been fortunate enough to take on some new staff of our own, and we hope to continue to be able to expand and grow to ensure every motor trade business in the UK knows they can rely on us for all their staffing solutions.
