On Thursday 26th September, Perfect Placement headed to the iconic Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth to attend what is dubbed the ‘Oscars’ of the Motor Trade – The Car Dealer Power Awards.

Having made it onto the Shortlist for Recruitment Agency of the Year, we were overjoyed that we could be in with a chance of winning this highly coveted award for the 7th year in a row. Unlike many award ceremonies in which the winners are decided by a panel of judges, these awards are voted for by the people we supply – those who know us and use our service on a daily basis – so to be on the Shortlist for such an award is a huge honour in itself.

Having won this prestigious award for the last 6 years in a row, nerves were high whilst we were waiting to see if we had managed to scoop the award again. Luckily, we didn’t have to wait long as it was the second award to be announced.

After the Highly Commended was read out, the Winner of the Car Dealer Power Award 2019 for Recruitment Agency of the Year was announced: “for the seventh year running, Perfect Placement”.

We are absolutely humbled, honoured and overjoyed that we have yet again been named as Automotive Recruitment Agency of the Year by the industry we serve. There is no higher recognition in our eyes and we are immeasurably proud that we have won.

As industry leaders in the world of Motor Trade Recruitment, we are always looking to innovate and stay ahead of the curve to ensure our Clients and Candidates receive only the best service. 2018/2019 has seen for us a rebranding and a brand new website which optimises the experience we offer to our jobseekers. We have invested significantly in our in-house tools and staff training to ensure that as the landscape for recruitment changes we are prepared and able to continue to provide the excellent level of service we have always strived to provide.
