As a Senior Car Sales Executive , you will work within the Sales Team and will be responsible for handling the full sales process. This will include prospecting to new and existing customers, qualifying, demonstrating and selling a product and promoting the additional accessories, warranties, insurances and protection products on offer. In addition you will organise test drives, part exchanges and handover while ensuring you exceed customer expectations at all time.

Based in a Dealership, you will have regular interaction with new and existing customers. It is therefore essential that you can offer the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, responsive and efficient service. A successful Senior Car Sales Executive will be someone with a strong record working in this role, who can work in a professional manner, answering any queries a customer may have and exploring all the options that may be suited to them.

You will report into the Sales Manager and will be expected to achieve sales objectives and contribute to the profitability of the dealership. Being a Senior Car Sales Executive you will A Car Sales Executive will act as a mentor and support for the rest of the Sales Executives. You will lead by example and ensure that everyone on the team is working to the best of their ability and collectively reaching set targets.

The role of Senior Car Sales Executive is very target driven and has lots of potential for growth and promotion for the right person. The natural next steps would be the role of Sales Team Leader, Car Sales Manager and upwards.

Typical working hours in this role can be up to 45 hours per week and this usually involves working some weekends as and when required. As a Senior Car Sales Executive you will also get the opportunity to achieve great bonuses based on performance. For this reason, basic salaries tend to be lower but OTE can reach £40K and above.
