As a Sales Administrator, you will provide administration support to the sales team. This will involve a broad range of duties such as monitoring vehicle deliveries and maintaining stock records, processing vehicles for transfer and ensuring all records are kept up-to-date, analysing month end sales invoices and generating reports as well as liaising with manufacturers on delivery times and keeping customers informed.

Based in a Main Dealership, this role is both logistical and administrative and therefore requires a highly organised individual with commercial awareness and the ability to deliver the highest standards of service. A successful Sales Administrator will be able to work well under pressure and use their initiative to support the smooth running of the Sales Team. 

Typical working hours for a Vehicle Sales Administrator around 37.5 hours per week and in most cases will be Monday- Friday. In return, you will be rewarded with a great salary; usually between £17k -£20k depending on experience and an opportunity to progress your career within the Motor Trade. For the right person this role can be a stepping stone to a wide range of positions including Sales Team Leader right up to Sales Manager.
