As a Warranty Administrator you will be responsible for administering all agreed warranty claims, ensuring that all necessary documentation and parts for return are processed in line with the vehicle warranty procedures and maintaining customer satisfaction at all times. This role involves administration responsibilities as you will be expected to monitor weekly and daily warranty reports, submit claims and follow up with customers and manufacturers throughout the process.

Based within a Main Dealership, a Warranty Administrator plays an integral part in the Aftersales Team. It is important that you are well organised, able to follow processes and procedures and have excellent interpersonal skills. This role requires direct interaction with manufacturers, colleagues and customers therefore it is essential you are able to communicate effectively and be both friendly and professional.

The role of Warranty Administrator offers lots of potential for growth and promotion for the right person. The career path within a Dealership is wide open; you could progress to Parts Manger, right up to Aftersales Manager.

Typically, the hours of work for a Warranty Administrator are around 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. It is not often that you would be required to work weekends, but ultimately it depends on the business you are working within. Salaries range between £22,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
