Today marks our 19th Anniversary, and we could not be prouder of our team as we make a start on our 20th Year of Business.
Our Managing Director, Paul, says: “As I have said before, time flies so quickly when you are having fun. I can’t believe that it was 19 years ago that Lisa and Glenn founded Perfect Placement. Then, the internet was a glitchy connection via a telephone line, and every cv had to be either posted, delivered by hand or sent by fax. Online job boards were in their infancy, and no one had even heard of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Move on 19 years, and we see an Award Winning, Amazing Team and Business that works so hard every day to keep Perfect Placement firmly at the top of the tree. We genuinely appreciate all of the hard work, commitment and dedication that every single member of Team PP gives day in and day out.”
As we enter our 20th year of business, we are on tenterhooks to find out if this coming Wednesday we have been crowned “Automotive Recruitment Agency of the Year” in the Car Dealer Power Awards, for the tenth year running. A true indication of how our team have worked tirelessly to provide only the best Recruitment Services to the Motor Trade over our years of business.
As we celebrate our 19th Anniversary, we say a big Thank You! Thank You to everyone who has been part of our journey so far – from our Board of Directors through to our Recruiters and our Support Team – your hard work has enabled us to get to where we are today. Thank You to those in the Motor Trade who trust in the service we offer and rely on us to help them with their Recruitment needs, be that finding a new member of staff or their dream new job.
We are excited to see what this year brings to our business, we are looking forward to seeing how our engineering department grows and develops and will continue to develop our knowledge and skills, so we can only make the recruitment process for everyone who uses our services a painless experience!
