- £15,000 Basic with £45,000 Realistic on target earnings
- Full Time + 20 Days holiday (plus bank holidays)

They are seeking a Retail Car Sales Executive to cope with their increase in demand of customer enquiries for car sales. Our client has over 150 used cars ready to sell, our client is calling out for Retail Sales professionals who want to join a rapidly expanding Sales team in Bordon.

Our client is looking for a enthusiastic and hungry to achieve Retail Car Sales Executive to assist with assisting customers with their car buying experience and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have customers for life.

Within this Retail Car Sales Executive role, your typical duties will include:
- Ensure clients receive credible and thorough advice through their detailed knowledge of our brand and products
- Extract all opportunities from both incoming enquiries as well as from dedicated customer follow-up and prospecting activities, to deliver a truly unique customer experience.
- Follow the sales process prospecting to maximise sales opportunities and customer loyalty
- Demonstrate vehicles and options, including test drives, ensuring customer safety, adhering to legal regulations and internal procedures
- Fully maintain accurate data relating to customers and enquiries
- Carry out an accurate appraisal of all vehicles presented for part exchange
- Keep updated with the FCA Compliance Assessment, working within the Insurance Code of Business guidelines
- Achieve Sales Executive accreditation.
- Advising on and upselling on finance, insurance and accessories.
