  • 08:30 - 17:00 Sat - 1 in 2, 1 in 4 Sundays 09:30 - 14:00 – with additional Day off in the week.

Our client, a family run business based in Hampshire are seeking a Parts Telesales Advisor, to assist in the sales and delivery of Recycled vehicle parts to their network of accident repair network and vehicle dealerships across the UK.

Our client has experienced strong growth from humble beginnings in the 1940’s to becoming a Medium sized business with a head count of over 130 staff members. Our client is seeing a strong demand for their product and have grown exponentially over the last 5 years, with plans to scale up even further!
 
We are seeking individuals with strong vehicle knowledge, excellent telephone manner and Passionate about delivering a great service.
 
This role is an opportunity to join one the fastest growing sub-sectors within the automotive trade, with the current supply issues with vehicle parts and the growing green agenda to ensure the automotive production process becomes a circular economy, this job provides a great platform to be at the forefront of this industry.

Duties of a Vehicle Parts Telesales Advisor with our Client: 
  • Handling inbound telesales inquiries and assisting customers in selecting the right automotive parts.
  • Providing expert advice on green and recycled parts, as well as new components.
  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Collaborating with the parts team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
What our client expects of their Vehicle Parts Telesales Advisor: 
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

  • Previous telesales or automotive parts experience is advantageous.
  • Full UK driving licence.
