Rental Operative / Driver Required in Farnham for Automotive Rental Company

Pay: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday + Saturdays on a rotational basis

Our client a busy, fast paced family run Automotive Rental company are currently looking for an additional Rental Operative and Driver for their operation based in Farnham, Surrey. 

Our client likes customer oriented professionals, willing to go the extra mile to ensure their clients are looked after and have a smooth, professional experience with vehicle rentals. You will be dealing with trade customers, business clients and general public for all of their Vehicle Rental needs. Our client offers the opportunity for career progression through overachievement and reliability.  As a rental operative / driver, you will be a important team member - responsible for seamless rental experience for all clients.

As a Rental Operative and Driver you day to day duties will include: 
  • Greeting customers with a friendly and professional demeanor assisting them with their rental needs
  • Doing vehicle inspections before and after rentals to ensure they are clean, well maintained and free of damage
  • Handling admin tasks e.g processing rental agreements, managing paperwork and collecting payments
  • Providing clear explanations of rental terms, conditions and vehicle features to customers
  • Safety operating a variety of vehicles, ensuring their timely delivery and pick up to and from designated locations 
  • Offering exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving concerns and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. 

The successful application will posses: 
  • A valid drivers license with a clean driving record (C1 DL preferred) 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle admin tasks accurately 
  • A customer centric approach with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work  in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing situations
