Vehicle Technician-New Franchise Dealer in Bradford
  • Basic Salary-Up to £32,000 (Entry Level, More Available on Experience) 
  • OTE £34,400
  • Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30, with alternate Saturdays 08:30-12:30

Our client is a premium brand franchise dealer which has recently taken on new dealerships in West Yorkshire. With successful dealerships already running across the rest of Yorkshire they are now looking to add experienced technicians to their ever growing team of staff. Duties and responsibilities of the successful Vehicle Technician:
  • Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles of all types.
  • Work to the highest level within scheduled times to meet company, franchise and manufacturers' standards.
  • Repair, test vehicles and diagnose faults.
  • Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables whilst maintaining records and providing quality write ups for the customer and manufacturer.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area, organised and safe from hazards to 'Health and Safety'*
  • Advise and report on vehicle faults, servicing requirements including future servicing/repair requirements through the Vehicle Health Check and Video process
Benefits the Vehicle Technician will receive: 
  •  A basic salary of £32,000 for entry level technicians. Higher salary ranges available based on skillset. 
  • OTE £34,400 (£2400 per year on top of basic salary)
  • Working for a premium main dealer. 
  • Preferential staff discounts both internally and externally. 
The ideal Vehicle Technician will have: 
  • A minimum of an NVQ/IMI Level 2 qualification or above. 
  • A Level 3 qualification would be desirable. 
  • Previous technician experience, whether this be main dealer or independent garage. 
  • Previous working knowledge of the brand. 
  • A Full UK Driving License.
