  • 8 - 5.30pm Monday - Friday only with breaks
  • Starting salary £28,000 - £30,000 
Our client is a leading provider of classic car restoration and customisation services, catering to passionate enthusiasts who appreciate the timeless beauty of vintage automobiles. As they embark on an exciting new classic car parts project in the coming year, they are seeking a highly skilled, personable and knowledgeable Classic Car Parts Advisor to join their newly formed Parts team.

As a Classic Car Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their classic car restoration projects by providing expert advice on the selection and sourcing of authentic and high-quality classic car parts on an international scale. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, guide them through the vast array of available options, and ensure they receive the best parts to bring their cherished classic cars back to life.

Responsibilities of the Parts Advisor:
  • Engage with clients to assess their classic car parts requirements and provide personalised recommendations.
  • Utilise your extensive knowledge of classic car makes and models to identify authentic and suitable parts for restoration projects.
  • Research and source classic car parts from reputable suppliers, ensuring quality and authenticity.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and availability of classic car parts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate seamless order processing and fulfillment.
  • Address client inquiries via email, phone call and web orders, provide technical assistance, and troubleshoot any issues related to classic car parts.
Qualifications Required of the Parts Advisor:
  • Passion for classic cars and a deep understanding of various makes and models.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the classic car restoration or automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of classic car parts, suppliers, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for research and order processing.
