Our client is looking for a highly motivated and hands on Service Manager to take on this well run dealership. You will be motivated by a desire to get customer satisfaction as strong as possible and profitability as high as possible. Strong technical knowledge is essential for this role.
You will be responsible for making sure that all agreed service levels are maintained to a high standard . you will ensure that the site runs in a cost-effective manner supporting the strategic direction of the wider business. Our client is open to looking at strong Senior Service Advisors/team leaders that are looking for the next step up.
For your hard work our client offer a staring basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum with an impressive OTE of up to £40,000 alongside company car and fuel and Fantastic long-term career prospects within well-regarded local business with excellent staff retention. Working Monday - Friday
