Vehicle Service Support Administrator required in Westbury.
  • Up to £24,500 annual basic starting salary plus overtime for Saturdays. 
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:00am-1:00pm.

Our client, a franchise approved commercial vehicle dealer group with multiple sites nationwide, are currently looking to hire a Service Support Administrator for their busy head office in Westbury.
 
Reporting to the Service Manager and working as part of a friendly front-of-house and administration team, as a Service Support Administrator your key duties shall include:
  • Using the Truckfile software system and contacting customer to book in their vehicle.
  • Supporting HGV MOT bookings.
  • Maximising available hours to ensure sold hours targets are achieved.
  • Promote other services and products to customers as appropriate.
  • Process completed job cards, through to pro-forma to obtain final purchase order numbers for account customers or final payment for cash customers.
  • Support Service Manager with additional administrative and reporting tasks to enable efficient running of the department.
  • Support Service Advisors in event of holidays or sickness to provide a customer facing presence for the department.
  • Carry out verification of supplier invoices, ensuring the correct purchase order numbers are quoted by the supplier for accurate allocation of cost.
  • Ensure that all administration relevant to effective running of the department is dealt with promptly and correctly within the relevant guidelines.
To be eligible you must have previous working experience in an administration orientated role. Experience in a similar role within the motor industry or with the Kerridge/Keyloop software system would be highly desirable but is non-essential. Overall, you will have have exemplary communication skills via email, telephone, and face to face, excellent organisation and administration skills, and be able to organise and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines.
