  • Basic Salary- From £25,790.00 
  • OTE-£30,000.00
  • 33 days annual leave including Bank Holidays.
  • Hours-42.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday. With 1 in 4 Saturdays 08:00-13:00
Our client is a well respected main dealer franchise based in Castleford with other locations across Yorkshire and the UK. They are currently looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years+ of previous experience in the role, with experience of working for a main dealer. 

Roles and Responsibilities of a Service Advisor: 
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, both in-person and over the phone
  • Booking appointments and scheduling work for the workshop team
  • Providing accurate quotations for services
  • Upselling additional services and products where appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history
  • Liaising with the workshop team to ensure that work is completed on time and to a high standard
  • Managing customer expectations and resolving any issues that arise.
The successful Service Advisor will have:
  • Previous experience as a service advisor, main dealer experience would be desirable. 
  • 2 years+ experience in a service advisor role. 
  • A stable career history. 
  • A full UK driving license. 
Benefits the successful service advisor will receive:
  • A Basic Salary from £25,790.00 upwards, with bonus payments based on performance. 
  • 33 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
  • Discount on service, bodyshop and parts
