  • Pay: Up to £28k Basic + £32.2k OTE 
  • Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8.30am - 12.30pm

This client has an excellent reputation with their customers, suppliers and employees past and current and looking for an additional car parts extraordinaire to join their vibrant automotive aftersales team.

They are seeking an Experienced Automotive Parts Advisor who has at least 2 years' customer service experience preferably from a Main Dealership, or similar environment, to join and support the work of their Parts Department. This is a crucial role to the success of the business, as such, the rewards and benefits they offer set them apart from other Dealerships in their local area. Please note our client will look at enthusiastic trainee parts advisor as they have two experienced parts professionals in their business who can train and skill you up to become a industry leading parts professional!

Within this Parts Advisor role your typical duties will include: 
  • Advising customers on how to solve a problem with their vehicle.
  • Taking orders from customers; internally for vehicle mechanics, face to face and over the phone.
  • Maintaining an ordered stock room and finding parts from stock.
  • Raising invoices for parts sold.
  • Working with other members of staff.
  • Customers may include members of the public, your workshop, and private customers
