Motorcycle Parts & Service Advisor required for our clients Motorbike Dealership in Southampton, Hampshire!

Our Client a multi-site Motorcycle Dealer Group are seeking a Motorcycle Parts & Service Advisor in the Hampshire area.

Our Client has over 70 years trading experience are known as the go-to group for Motorcycles, Parts, Clothing accessories and service support. From scooters to championship winning superbikes & race replicas our client provides it all!

This Role requires a love for Motorcycles, you will get the chance to meet some of the biggest names in MotoGP, Tourist Trophy and Racing Teams, on a regular basis.

With the average length of service being 16 years+ and numerous examples of in-house progression, this role is not to be missed!

What’s will you be doing as a Motorcycle Parts & Service Advisor?
  • Organising all data capture to ensure that customers are communicated with effectively and every opportunity for selling and promoting the activity of the Parts & Service department is fully maximised.
  • Making sure that Parts & Service Aftersales CSI scores reflect the expectations of the business and manufacturer.
  • Developing and maximising every opportunity for the sale of parts & accessories.
  • Ensuring the correct and efficient supply of parts to the workshop as and when required.
What is expected of you as a Motorcycle Parts & Service Advisor?
  • A passion for motorcycles is an absolute must as is the ability to deliver results.
  • A good technical knowledge of motorcycles together with the ability to communicate clearly with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • To be a team player
  • Ideally the candidate will have a successful track record as a Parts/Service Advisor from either the motorcycle or automotive industries and a good technical understanding of motorcycles.
