Bodyshop Advisor - Large Independent Bodyshop in Leeds
  • Basic Salary - Up to £26,000.
  • Monday-Thursday 08:30-16:30, Friday 08:30-15:30 (39 hours per week).
  • 22 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays. 
  • Franchise approved bodyshop with an excellent reputation. 
  • Previous Bodyshop experience is essential.
  • Experience of Pinnacle / Pinewood would be 
Our client a long-established automotive vehicle accident repair centre in Leeds is currently looking to hire an experienced and professional Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Bodyshop. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in front of house areas in a bodyshop and will ideally have previous experience of either Pinnacle or Pinewood systems. 

Benefits the successful Bodyshop Advisor will receive: 
  • A basic salary up to £26,000 dependent on experience. 
  • Monday-Friday working week. 
  • 3:30 finishes on a Friday. 
  • Working for a franchise-approved independent bodyshop with an excellent reputation. 
  • Join existing placements of ours in the workforce as they continue their careers with the company.
Responsibilities of the Bodyshop Advisor:
  • Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle.
  • Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems.
  • Update Customers and Vehicle Records.
  • Prepare and complete Invoices.
  • Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed.
  • Liaise with Insurance Companies.
Requirements of the Bodyshop Advisor:
  • Previous bodyshop customer service experience is essential (Either receptionist or Bodyshop Advisor) 
  • Previous experience of Pinnacle or Pinewood Systems is desired.
  • Customer focused and an excellent communicator. 
  • Willingness to work hard whilst maintaining a high standard of work.
