  • Shrewsbury 
  • Monday - Friday 42.5 Hours a week

Duties for this Parts Branch Manager vacancy include: 
  • Translate overarching sales goals into departmental targets, establishing challenging yet attainable objectives in collaboration with first-line management
  • Formulate Personal Development Plans, oversee progress, and offer developmental or corrective support as needed
  • Routinely assess business performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement and taking corrective measures for any deviations
  • Scrutinize internal and external market data to cultivate insights into potential sales opportunities
  • Achieve targets established by Head Office for the Center
  • Ensure the team remains motivated, acknowledged, and incentivized
  • Operate within the specified sales strategy to enhance sales revenues
