Our client a highly regarded accident repair center is looking to expand their hugely successful team and take on a Regional Bodyshop Manager.

This is a high-profile position within the business, the Regional Manager will need to have experience in every area of the Bodyshop and use this knowledge to provide support and guidance to 5 of our clients sites across East Anglia.

Key responsibilities will be as follows: 
  • Working closely with five sites to maintain KPI’s.
  • Provide cover to the Bodyshop Managers through holiday/sickness.
  • Provide training and mentoring to new staff members and Bodyshop Managers within your teams.
  • Working alongside and supporting senior management through communication and ensure the sites are meeting key to key targets.
  • Travelling to all of the sites in this region
For your hard work our client is offering a basic salary up to £55,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme giving you an OTE up to £85,000 per annum. you will also get 1000 bonus for your first 3 months plus your performance related bonus alongside an EV Company Car working Monday - Friday only.
