We are currently working with a well-established Motor Trade Dealership who have been operating in the local area for 40 years representing their manufacturer. They are seeking an Service Advisor who has experience within a Main Dealership, or similar environment, to join and support the work of their Aftersales department. This is an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Service Advisor to join a company that is committed to ensuring their staff enjoy their working day. They reward highly and put their employees at the forefront of all they do.

Within this Service Team Service Advisor role your typical duties will include: 
  • Dealing directly with customers
  • Liaising with the Technicians and Workshop Controller to provide a great customer service 
  • Responding to customer requests and concerns
  • Tracking the vehicle through the workshop updating the customer at all times and scheduling services  
  • Mentor, coach and lead by example to existing members of staff in your service team
