Our Client is part of a large network of Accident Repair Sites across the UK. They are looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator to join their team in a bodyshop with a great reputation with excellent in-house opportunities to allow you to progress your career to the next level!

Duties for this Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator will include:
  • Assessing the extent of damage to the structural, body, mechanical, electrical and interior components of the vehicle
  • Estimating parts and labour costs to repair damage
  • Preparing insurance forms to indicate repair costs and recommendations
  • Negotiating contracts with material suppliers
  • Monitoring efficiency of work and processes to ensure quality repairs
  • Evaluate various vehicles to create precise damage assessments adhering to BSI PAS 10125 standards
The Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator will need to be able to demonstrate:
  • Previous Audatex knowledge
  • ATA NVQ Qualifications advantageous
  • The ability to keep up to date with developments in engine and electrical technologies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Good communication and organisational skills
