Are you ready to take the wheel of a thriving accident repair center in the picturesque town of Oswestry? We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Accident Centre Manager to lead our passionate team and drive excellence in automotive repair. 

Key responsibilities for this Accident Repair Centre Manager: 
  • Assess and estimate damaged vehicles using Audatex
  • Efficiently manage the Bodyshop with BMS Eclipse
  • Follow processes to meet quality and efficiency goals
  • Collaborate to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Provide backup support for the Estimator (VDA)
  • Handle job cards and invoicing
  • Quality control in the absence of the Workshop Controller
To be considered for this Accident Repair Centre Manager vacancy, you will need to have:
  • Previous Accident Repair Centre experience in a similar role is essential
  • ATA or IMI Level 3 in vehicle damage assessment is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong team motivation skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to high standards and customer satisfaction
  • Full UK driving license
