Reporting to the General Manager and working as part of a small team from our client's head office in Goreinon, Swansea (with a new showroom being developed for June later this year), as a Business Development Executive you will be predominantly desk based where you shall manage the sales process for incoming leads and enquiries for vehicle sourcing and finance including personal contract hire, business contract hire, finance lease and HP. You will manage the client journey from point of enquiry and convert them into orders through excellent service, sound advice and timely responses.
Your overall responsibilities will include:
- Managing sales enquiries via website, social media and telephone.
- Providing accurate information on vehicles and finance products/options.
- Managing client expectations.
- Liaising with funding partners and suppliers.
- Building and updating records within the CRM system.
- Ensuring that client communication is compliant with FCA rules.
- Self-generation potential.
- Assisting Business Manager in other sales related tasks and duties.

- Guaranteed 5 day working week. Currently 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday however Saturdays on a rota will be required from June and you shall receive a day off in the week for this.
