Our client, a well-established Motorcycle Dealership in Maidenhead, are looking for a Motorcycle Parts Manager to take charge of their parts department and help drive the business forward!

The successful Motorcycle Parts Manager will get:
  • £35,000 Basic Salary + Commission (£45,000 OTE)
  • Monday To Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm / Day Off In Week / Saturdays 8.30am - 5pm 
  • NO Sundays
  • Well-Established Motorcycle Main Dealership
  • Looking After One Parts Advisor
  • Company Motorcycle Included
What will the successful Motorcycle Parts Manager do?
  • Look after one parts advisor in the parts department
  • Deliver results that meet, and wherever possible, exceed targets.
  • Develop and motivate the Sales Team.
  • Work effectively with other departments to establish best practice and ensure our customers receive exceptional customer service.
The successful Motorcycle Parts Manager will have:
  • A proven track record in automotive parts 
  • Motorcycle Licence advantageous 
  • Kerridge experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience monitoring financial performance.
  • An engaging, driven, and passionate approach to work.
  • A full UK driving license.
