We are seeking an experienced Service Receptionist to join our Client's well-established Independent Garage in the Reading area. 
 
They are looking for an experienced individual to join their team providing excellent customer services, providing a first point of contact for enquiries within branch as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.
 
Our Client is offering the successful Service Receptionist:
  • Up To £35,000 Salary
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm / Alternate Saturday Mornings 8am - 1pm
  • Independent Family Run Garage Environment
  • Based On The Front Service Desk In Reception, Greeting Customers, Booking People In, Taking Payment, Ordering Parts - Variety Daily!
Duties of a Service Receptionist with our Client:
  • Meet and greet customers in person
  • Booking customers in the diary
  • Taking payment
  • Ordering parts
  • Paper work processing to brand guidelines
  • To ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times
What our Client expects of their Service Receptionist:
  • Previous experience within the trade
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
  • Trade knowledge and Advisor skills
  • Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
  • An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
