Parts Advisor Required in Cranleigh, Surrey 
  • Pay: £27 - £28.5k Basic + £4,500 OTE 
  • Hours: 45 hours per wee Monday - Friday ONLY! 
We are currently working with a well-respected Motor Trade Dealership who have been operating in their local area for over 80 successful years and counting. This client has an excellent reputation with their customers, employee and from the franchises they represent. 

Due to expansion and busier times our client a Franchised Car Dealerships PDI Centre based in Cranleigh, are able to offer an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Parts Advisor to join their expanding team as a Parts Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join a company that is committed to ensuring their staff enjoy their working day. They reward highly and put their employees at the forefront of all they do.

Within this Parts Advisor role your typical duties will include: 
  • Advising customers on how to solve a problem with their vehicle.
  • Taking orders from customers; internally for vehicle mechanics, face to face and over the phone.
  • Maintaining an ordered stock room and finding parts from stock.
  • Raising invoices for parts sold.
  • Working with other members of staff.
  • Customers may include members of the public, your workshop, and private customers
You must be qualified or have working experienced in Automotive Parts Advising and have a positive, 'can do' attitude, and willingness to work as part of an effective team. Our client’s Parts team also benefit from regular manufacturer training to ensure you are kept up to date with the latest models and techniques.
