- £40,000 Basic Salary
- £70,000 OTE
- Monday to Saturday, Day off in the week
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising with service.
successful General Sales Manager will have 2 years+ of previous General Sales Management experience or have experience as a high performing Sales Manager and will have a proven track record of leading and improving a sales team.
The successful General Sales Manager will have:
- A proven track record of leading a sales team successfully.
- Experience of increasing profitability,
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- A full UK driving license.
- Motor Trade experience
- Coaching and managing a team to achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales targets
- Developing a Department Profit Plan
- Implement and manager sales & referral processes.
- Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty.
- Working with a team of Sales executives & a Transaction Manager to ensure all customers are aware of full product range.
- Strive to provide industry-leading standards of customer care.
- Encourage utilisation of latest digital tools to provide and all-encompassing sales experience.
- Ensure the team is adhering to all FCA Guidelines.
