Automotive Service Advisor / Office Manager Required in Hersham, Surrey
  • Pay: £30,000 - £32,000 Basic + Very Realistic and achievable £40k On Target Earnings
  • Hours: Rota for the better! Week 1: Monday - Friday 8.30 - 6pm no weekends, then week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning! Enjoy a 3 day weekend every fortnight!

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor with out client:
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with customers regarding service timelines and expectations.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Work closely with the service and technical teams to assess vehicle issues and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Cost Estimation: Provide customers with detailed and transparent cost estimates for service and repairs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle information.
  • Upselling Services: Identify additional service and maintenance opportunities and effectively communicate them to customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and providing a seamless service experience.
Requirements of a Service Advisor for our client:
  • Experienced: Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Customer-Centric: A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure a smooth service process.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a busy service schedule.
