  • Plus 1 - 2 Saturday mornings 08:30am - 12:30pm
  • Basic - £24,000
  • Basic Including Bonus - Around £30,000
Presenting my client, boasting 66 franchise locations, renowned for their exceptional customer service and extensive selection of new and approved used vehicles. They seek an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to join their welcoming and expanding team.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing proactive service to customers scheduling vehicle service, maintenance, or repair work
  • Arranging courtesy vehicles as needed
  • Greeting customers in the Service Department
  • Liaising extensively with the workshop
  • Monitoring and chasing work in progress
  • Keeping customers informed of vehicle progress
  • Up-selling additional products and services when possible
To be considered for this Service Advisor role, you must have:
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Full Manual UK Driving Licence - driving is essential for this role
