Car Parts Advisor – North West London.

Our Prestige Main Dealer client based in North West London has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Car Parts Advisor to join their team and make a real name for themselves!

Working here as a Car Parts Advisor you will be naturally be expected to deliver a streamlined service to customers, upsell where necessary and be highly organised in your approach to your job as the site is very busy seeing a high footfall of customers each day.

The Car Parts Advisor will primarily be looking after the Technicians in the workshop ensuring the parts required are available to them, as well looking after the customers that come into the
department to source genuine parts.

Benefits of the Car Parts Advisor role include:
  • Basic salary up to £25,000 p.a. plus a competitive and realistic bonus scheme on top giving an overall earning potential of £33,000 p.a.
  • Weekday Hours Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm
  • Also Saturdays worked 8.30am to 1.00pm alternate initially and then move to 1 in 3 after probationary period passed.
  • Training Scheme: career development with the manufacturer.
  • Employee benefits and rewards scheme.
  • Long Service Holiday Reward - After 3 years 1 day extra / after 5 years 1 more days extra (capped at 24 days).
  • Birthday off or closest day to it (not considered a holiday day).
  • Share Scheme – the Company currently has a good share price listed.
  • Pension – 3% employer contribution with 5% from employee.
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
