Automotive Customer Service Advisor Required in Milford, Surrey

  • Hours: 8.30 - 5.30pm Monday - Friday only! 
Are you passionate about cars and possess exceptional communication and customer service skills? Do you have a keen interest in the automotive industry and aspire to be a part of a dynamic team? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you at a Car Garage in Farncombe, Surrey.

As a Automotive Industry based Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and support to clients in the automotive service sector. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with a customer service background and a genuine enthusiasm for cars or willingness to learn. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you develop the necessary skills to excel in this role. 

Key Responsibilities Of this Role:
  • Greet customers and assist with inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
  • Liaise between customers and the service department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines.
  • Upsell additional services based on customer needs and manufacturer recommendations.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service transactions.
Qualifications For The Role:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
