  • Starting salary of up to £27,000 per annum pending experience and qualifications.
  • 42 hour week Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Our client, a large multi-franchise car dealer group established across South Wales and South West England, require a Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their busy franchise approved premium car dealership in North Bristol.

Reporting to the Parts Manager and working as part of a friendly team, as a Vehicle Parts Advisor you be responsible for:
  • Sourcing and supplying vehicle parts for customer and workshop vehicles.
  • Identifying and meet customers’ requirements.
  • Greeting customers in the showroom and responding to their requests.
  • Monitoring and maintain stock levels.
  • Receiving parts into stock.
  • Data and document handling.
In order to be eligible for this role our client requires recent or current experience working with automotive vehicle parts. Experience in a similar role for a franchise approved car dealership or within a motor factors would be very beneficial. Overall you will be IT literate given you will work daily with a dealer management system and an electronic parts catalogue system, hold a UK driving license with minimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic manner.
