  • Pay: £21,000 - £24,000 Basic Salary + OTE Range of £40,000 - £60,000 (performance-based) + Company Car
  • Hours: 5 Days per week, with a day off during the week (No Sundays)

Key Responsibilities as a Car Sales Executive with our client:
  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and guiding them through the car buying process.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our vehicle range, features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Negotiate sales and finalise transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets.
Requirements Of The Car Sales Executive:
  • Previous experience in car sales or a similar field is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Full UK driving license.
