Are you an experienced MET Technician seeking a rewarding career opportunity with a personable, flexible and professional family run Bodyshop? Join our clients esteemed family-run Accident Repair Centre Group located in the heart of Crawley, West Sussex.
  • Position: MET Technician
  • Location: Crawley, West Sussex
  • Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)
  • Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

As a MET Technician with out Automotive Client, you will be responsible for conducting mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs to vehicles involved in accidents.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Disassembly and reassembly of vehicle components
  • Diagnosis and rectification of mechanical and electrical faults
  • Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and company procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional communication with team members
To excel in this MET Technician role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Proven experience as a MET Technician within the automotive repair industry
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Relevant qualifications/certifications in automotive repair and willingness to be put through additional training courses
