Our client is a highly successful Franchise / Main Car Dealership trading from a showroom well positioned inside the M25 in Essex, the family-owned dealer group is a long-serving partner of a well reputed manufacturer, they are one of the strongest performing partners for their represented brands in the UK.
Their customer base returns to them time and time again, not just buying their next car but also ensuring it’s serviced and repaired within their busy workshop. They are looking to add to their workshop team by hiring a Vehicle Technician.
The workshop itself is modern, light and airy and they really do work as a team from the senior managers down all helping one another out to make for a great day-to-day working environment.
Details & Benefits of this Vehicle Technician role include:
- £30,0000 to £34,000 p.a. Basic Salary depending upon experience.
- Plus a £3,000 Joining Bonus paid £500 Monthly for the first 6 Months.
- A Fantastic On Target Earnings of £60,000 which is paid on efficiency (time saved).
- Weekdays Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm – nice early finish!
- 1 in 4 Saturdays worked 8:00am to 1.30am.
- 20 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays.
- Car Scheme Available.
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
Ideally have a professional track record working within a Franchise / Main Car dealer workshop and if MOT qualified this would be an advantage. A Full UK Driving Licence with minimal points and your own tools are essential to have.
