We are recruiting for a car dealership in Oldham and we are looking for a highly motivated Salesperson to join my clients team. The ideal Car Sales Executive candidate will be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and have a drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Building relationships with customers and providing outstanding customer service
  • Identifying and understanding customers' needs and recommending appropriate vehicles
  • Conducting test drives with customers and demonstrating vehicle features and benefits
  • Achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining profitability
  • Accurately recording all customer details and vehicle transactions
  • Maintaining a high standard of vehicle knowledge and ensuring all stock is presentable and well-maintained
To Be A Successful Car Sales Executive You Will Need:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar role is preferred but not essential
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Confident and highly presentable
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude
  • A full, clean driving licence
