Automotive Parts Advisor Required in Farnborough, Hampshire for Franchised Car Dealership
  • Hours: 45 hours per week with Saturday mornings on a rota 
  • Pay: £29k Basic + Bonus
We are currently working with a well-established International Motor Trade Dealership Group who have been trading worldwide for over 25 years and operate with over 300 dealerships; career prospects and opportunity are endless with out Motor Trade client. Our client has an excellent reputation and operate with over 10 vehicle brands and still expanding opening up new dealerships as they grow.

They are seeking an Experienced Parts Advisor who has at least 1 years' experience within a Main Dealership, or similar environment, to join and support the work of their Parts Department. This is a crucial role to the success of the business, as such the rewards and benefits they offer set them apart from other Dealerships in the local area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join a company that is committed to ensuring their staff enjoy their working day. They reward highly and put their employees at the forefront of all they do. 

Within this Parts Advisor role you typical duties will include: 
  • Advising customers on how to solve a problem with their vehicle.
  • Taking orders from customers; internally for vehicle mechanics, face to face and over the phone.
  • Maintaining an ordered stock room and finding parts from stock.
  • Raising invoices for parts sold.
  • Working with other members of staff.
  • Customers may include members of the public, your workshop, and private customers
